Insecurity is something that can do any creature in. Look at the runt of a dog litter. Beaten out in competition for the teat, they miss out on succoring. SOT, I get the same feelings of peace when I walking the door and see my 2 & 4 year olds playing together.......utter peace....utter uncomplicated, unadulterated, and pure joy.....I'm glad you found something to bring those feelings on.
